The Archive Trust is governed by a Board of Trustees, each a distinguished figure in mathematics, physics or the philosophy of science. The Trust is chaired by Lord Rees of Ludlow FRS.

Lord Rees became a Trustee in 2013. He served as President of the Royal Society from 2005 to 2010 and as Master of Trinity College Cambridge from 2004 to 2012.

Professor Lehmkuhl's work focuses on theories of gravity, spacetime structure and their interaction with matter. He has been an editor of Albert Einstein's Collected Papers since 2010.
